Ready to harvest?

Excuse my picture it is the most zoomed in I could get just wondering if I am ready for harvest or should I wait?

Not yet few more days meh week or two feel like the buds need time to put on a little weight
 
From first day of 12/12 I'm on week 8. I have blue dream going read online she's about an 8 Week plant but I haven't seen a fade yet and doesn't seem ready and not sure cuz I think I need a better magnifying glass but some trichs look amber

i took my blue dream closer to 10 weeks i think it was, and i agree, not ready yet..i see in the first pix pistils that haven't receded back into the bud yet, telling me she's not ready.
