Okay everyone!!
i noticed some "weird" looking things sticking out of two buds, the tallest one and a lower one.
that was a few days ago..
now today i was reading about hermies and i saw what "nanners" looked like for the first time and noticed that i had a few on those two buds.......
so i rechecked the tricomes and chopped the tops of the buds off cause they are all milky and i dont want seeds.
when i looked close at the nanners they look all dried up and there was only one little.. Uhh, i guess piece? Sticking out, not a ball but like this: http://www.marijuanapassion.com/forum/attachment.php?attachmentid=165534&d=1302564021
3 of them all together...
is it possible for the male pollen sack to die before it releases?
am i going to have to wash my grow area with bleach before i put my other girl in there?
so the point was that i cut the tops down to dry and wanted to show some pictures.
shes way more crystally in person, i am so fkn excited to get her jarred up omg!!!!!
and theres a lot more bud than i thought there would be, her buds are very thick and dense and smell sooooooooooo good!!
like freshly cut cucumber with a overall sweet undertone, like fruit but fruit that smells like weed, im not very good at this whole describing thing haha
her mother, my first plant didnt smell anything like this, she stunk in a bad way, like rotton grass or something but this time i did much better, im so proud of myself haha!

Looks fantastic. It's been way too long since I've harvested I'm not even sure if I remember how to trim! Lol! Hopefully the switch of methods is worth the wait. I hope so. I'll be happy with a half pound for this harvest considering I've only gotten average 4 oz a harvest with a 400w.

Im using the corner of a 8x10 room in a L shaped vertical bare bulb wall of weed (vertical scrog). I was growing in soil but I was convinced by a fellow stoner on here to switch to coco hempy vertical kiss feeding and vertical scrog. I took 3 clones from the soil plants and put them in coco and started that way. I'm thinking I'm wasting a lot of light though, because vertical light emits in a 360 degree around the entire bulb. I'm only using 180 degrees give or take. I've been thinking to use 2 liter hempys on the open side just to boost yield a little bit. I got 5 clones already rooted I've had in solo cups for some time so I'll just put them in the 2 liter hempy and rig a small Rubbermaid container for my saucer. I figure two containers about 12 wide 36 long and I can just cut spaces in the lid, side the 2 liter in and there I go. I figure 3 or 4 2 liters fairly spaced would be ok. I'm completely done with soil. So if I do this I'm going to clone the shit out of my soil mothers and then flower them so I can toss everything soil related away. My journal will explain a little bit. I've gotten threads in vertical growing section and grow journal section as well. Feel free to take a peak. Sorry for the big ass off topic reply lol. If you want let this die and message me or reply to my thread.i wish i had the room for enough plants to give me half a lb, id only have to grow once a year lool.
i love the process of it though, such a good hobby

wow sounds like you have a pretty good setup! im going to go check out your journal right now!
i wanted to try hempy buckets, they sound fantastic but im going to go to the usa today to get some tga super soil to throw into my garden.
i have seen great things come from it and all you have to do is water with plain water!
easy as pie!!

yea I've heard good things about super soil too. I actually like hempy I think they grow faster then soil wayyy faster lol. I just use maxibloom 7 grams a gallon and that's it except for flowering I'm gonna add flora plus to fatten the buds up.. Easy for me too haha. I can't wait to see yield...

do you use kool bloom too?
i heard they go together.
kool bloom is for producing bud sites or smthn and maxi is for weight and resin.
i checked out your journal, pretty cool!
i wanted to try hempy but i hate moving my plants to the bathroom to water.
they are in geo pots now and i dont have to move them unless im doing training and moving branches!
also i only have a small space for them so i dont want them outgrowing their box lol, id be fkd!!

nope no Koop bloom. I was told maxi will work just fine. The hydro store gave me a sample of flora plus so I will be using that when the bud sites form but other then that 7 grams of maxi per gallon and I'm good. I love the results. I got tiny plastic saucers for my pots, but I will be getting bigger ones next time. These little ones overflow too much too often. New mistake but it will get fixed. No way I could move my plants to the bathroom lol. 11 plants to move from second floor to first floor to water.. Such a pain in the ass lol which is why I got a wet vac now, I just suck all the run off up. I got a 8x10 room I'm using for my whole grow op... The tent desk for shit etc.. Even got a stool in there for me to sit and chill and record what I do. I don't record all the time because it's pretty basic I think.. As close to 5.8ph as possible water once a day until run off and the plants are up to the top of the 4 ft fence.. Might have to double stack the fence when I flower but I'm hoping I can just bend them down to the open spots so I don't have a 7ft trees. What would be real nice, is if I could stick these outside to veg all summer and flower for the fall/winter these plants would be massive by then.
