What are some nice communities within an hour or two of Denver? I'm looking to purchase property in the area.

Thanks for any help

soooo many options and so little info to go on.

property is such a broad term - just a house with a nice garage and basement? or 20 acres for a little more isolation and room to play?

community - small (under 10K), medium (under 50K) or large preferences?

weather? the plains to the east get more 'interesting' hail/tornadoes at times. the front range (along the base of the mountains) gets less severe

pm me if you wanna chat more

I live apx.2 miles out in the country in a small community. We are 3 hours from Denver. We built our home in 2009 on 7 acre of farm ground. I'll sell it to ya. 1 share of water goes with it. 3 bedrooms. A very nice home. If sounds interesting to ya' I'll tell ya more.

I'd like to be outside a community. With around 10-20 acres. I've looked around the areas and there are some cheap houses in small towns. I'm gonna be out there this spring to go to Denver area. GIVE ME STUFF TO CHECK OUT what are some cool places, parks n such.

What are the max possible plants for caregiver around Denver? Are they caregivers in Colorado or is it different than Mich? Just Wondering.

If you are looking for a little bit of land it will be out of the larger metro areas. One good area 45min from Denver is northern Colo Springs. Some areas in Northern Colo Springs have bigger homes on 5+ acre lots with wells  (pricier, but nicer also).

You get your card and it comes with a base of 6 plants. You can go to a doctor and get that prescription upped IF it is medically necessary...
Oh it's medically necessary. lol. So a caregiver in Michigan can have 72, is that possible in Colorado with medical conditions and patients with medical necessity. Just curious, my house isn't up for sale or anything. I've never been to Colorado, ol lady has talked about it.
Thanks for your answer by the way.
