Really lost with this

Hey guys I grew some really dense buds and when been trimming the centres have all been same brown type color almost burnt from the inside . Has anyone seen this before it’s only at the densest parts of the bud centres .
Grow room had very good ventilation and RH was kept at 40-50% during flower and 20% during hang drying .
Don’t think it’s bud rot as I had it outdoor and didn’t look like this
It’s looks like underdeveloped bud that never matured . What do you guys think ?

Doesn’t bud rot crumble and have a smell I remember my outdoor being like that . This is same density as the rest the bud ?

Here’s some better pics guys this plant got nutrient burnt pretty bad

It looks like it was in the early stages of bud rot which may not have the severe symptoms as you describe. Because the buds are dense it’s more susceptible to bud rot

So toss it I guess ?

Look at it through a loupe, maybe a good magnifying glass will be enough, mold always looks hairy and fuzzy (and gross) to me under magnification.
