I brew all the time, and always to my 200gal limit (USA). I easily hit between 500 and 1000 lbs of Co2. The fruit trees in my yard, vines, bee hives, all make this a very affordable hobby. Generally people beg to buy wines and beers at ridiculous high prices all the time, but alas you can't sell homebrew.
You run a blowoff tube from your carboys to a water/starsan filled container inside the tent. Brews hate light...so putting them inside a tent isn't a good idea.
Further reading below: expect 1-4 lbs of Co2 for each 5 gallon batch (of beer) depending on attenuation and original specific gravity.
