This is what it looks like with all the holes drilled

What I did was I first drilled out my holes for the holders,I used a 1/8" drill bit after that I marked where the fins were between fin 2 and 3 and used the 5/16" drill bit to drill out the holes for my eye bolts and then an inch from that hole I used the 5/32" drill bit the the hole I run the wire through.

I also used a Mean well driver to mark the holes with the 5/32 drill bits and I used the eye holes to line them up so no drilling through the fins

Lets get started put this baby together. I start with the eye bolts first so that way the heat sink will be raised on both sides

that way when I install the cobs when I go to install the fan the cobs wont touch anything.

Dammm thats alot for a small area. gonna be a beast. So that equates to like 6-800$ I have to buy a new bit set before I go further.

I bought the 5/32 bits from harbor freight a 5 pack for like $4 but the 1/8 bit lowes $3 for my next 4 panels I just waiting fo my CXB's lol and I'm gonna dim them until winter it's been hot here. It's 84f right now and it's 9:15

Well I used the #10-24 screws to mount the fan and the #8-32 screws plus the nuts to mount the Mean Well HLG-185H-C700A's

I'll wire everything up tomorrow. I didn't know making a tutorial and making the panel at the same time would take so long. I want to play the new Battlefield Hardline I got it last night and it took forever to download to my PS4 lol My profile name is REALSTYLES68.

Yep, the max voltage output is 300V, which divided by 4 gives 75V room per cob (some slack there). Those drivers are 94% efficient with active power factor correction, are dimmable with a trim pot under a rubber plug.

No prob Glock I just want to contribute and give back from what I've learned here. Sometimes I get defensive myself because of the lower quality leds because the best leds are made in China just different levels of quality.
