I hope to start up a thread on "chemically based" hydroponic nutrients in the next week or so. There are many different approaches to nutrient fornulations, but the primary aspect to deal with are: is it drain to waste, is it a recirculatory reservoir, if so what is your method of maintaining the EC, do you intend to adjust the EC betwen reservoir changes, how often or will you drain the reservoir and fill with new nutrients. Then there are the aspects of; is it non absorbent inert media, lighting intensity, temperatures, dehumidification, tap or RO water. Is it a highly efficient DWC sytem, HP aero or air atomized aero. Are the young plants clones or seed stock? Least important: what is the strain. It is hard to put this all in a good format when the administrators have set up automatic stoppage of editting after a certain point or time. It should almost be in the form of a thread lwith limks to a tutorial. All the actual information would be in both the thread and tutorial, but the tutorial would be shorter as it would only provide information and nowt replies etc. That would mean having a tutorial that did not allow replies, but that allowerd continual additions of information to de added as needed. I do not think such services/features are available in this forum. Upgrades to the site seem to be mainly cosmetic, political rather than actually adding to the quality of the posting features, the avilability of quality tutorial materials that are regularly updated and ediitted or simply removed when they are found to be antiquated or smply based upon forum myths.
