Recent nute burn but now deficiency

So about a week ago my autos suffered from what we have come to think is a nute burn. The soil has pretty much dried out since the last watering(about 5 or 6 days ago) but the plants are looking like they have developed a nitrogen deficiency . They have light green leaves starting at the bottom which is usually indicative of nitrogen deficiency.
I was not planning to use nutrients for another week or so just to ensure no problems but I want to correct the problem, should I use nutes or flush or what?
Not really sure what the right choice is.

Id say a small amount of nutes, then check the runoff of ppm, ph. what nutes are you using? Dont let the soil dry out all the way, It kills the fine root hairs and they dont grow back. The plant has to grow new ones

Thanks for the tips. I just gave them a really small amount of jacks classic all purpose couple days ago. It has definitely slowed the visible nitrogen deficiency but has not stopped it all the way.
