So bubbling my watering can for 24 hours with an airstone wont make my tap water safe?
Is that what you mean by 'cannot be leeched off'?
If your tap water system uses chloramine then no amount of aeration can remove it. It has to be filtered out. Municipal water companies used to use regular old chlorine which could easily be removed by leeching: bubbling or just letting it set out. Many now add chloramine instead; you've got to see your annual water report or have it tested to know for sure. When you say safe I assume you mean safe for microbes needed to keep an active organic soil mix. If you are using nutrients then chlorine or chloramine is not much of an issue.

Feelsbad man, recently got Real Growers Recharge and i added to to all my plants and it hasnt done anything different in the last 72hours. my plants actually stayed drooped the ones i put into flower. did 2teaspoons per 15litres.
