You only get one shot, do not miss this chance and blow.....this opportunity comes once in a life time.Yes do this now.and don't ever molest your plants again,
just be gentile they will be fine.Okay I will do that, might be hard to get all the soil off I don’t want to mess with the roots.
At this stage the fox farm soil will have enough nutrients to keep the plant happy for a couple of weeks on just water. Epsom salt is magnesium and sulphur, which are both essential nutrients for cannabis. Depending on what you settle on as a base nutrient , you may or may not need the epsom salt. I personally do use it along with my base nutes. Some base nutrients have more magnesium than others. When adding magnesium, you also want to consider how much calcium you have, as the two are antagonists to each other. So, if you have low levels of Ca already, adding epsom salts will actually hurt your plants as it will begin to make Cal unavailable. This is why people sometimes use "cal-mag", which you'll find is an often debated topic around these parts.Ohhhhh okay ! I seee you don’t think it will stress the plant even more ? Do you recommend the epsom salt ? I’ll get some fox farm tomorrow
Roll us ap a nice one JJ I will smoke with you anytimeYou only get one shot, do not miss this chance and blow.....this opportunity comes once in a life time.
I heard of people in here using fox farm & cal mag together & doing just fine so I can see that !At this stage the fox farm soil will have enough nutrients to keep the plant happy for a couple of weeks on just water. As far as stress, your plants will be super happy to be out of that miracle grow soil and into a decent soil, more so than the stress they will endure.

Also do you think I should upgrade the pot size ?
Fertilizer have you ever heard of this stuff they had it at the hydro store. I assume it’s a fertilizer?

I've never used that product, but I'm sure it's good shit. Likely overpriced since it came from the hydro store. The funny thing is that fish shit is a waste product which they are reselling for profit. It isn't going to be a complete fertilizer however. You're going to want to decide if you are going to try for an organic base nute or a synthetic nute. Both are fine, and it's also ok to use synthetic nutes in organic soil, but you want one consistent base nute that you feed and tailor everything else around. If you are going organic you may want to look into the earth juice line, or even a simple dry organic feed from your local hardware store. If you are going to do synthetic base nutes, then I'd suggest a one-part powder, such as hrdroponic research veg+bloom:I heard of people in here using fox farm & cal mag together & doing just fine so I can see that !

I do have an actual fish in it lol can I use that water if I wanted or I shouldn’t ?I've never used that product, but I'm sure it's good shit. Likely overpriced since it came from the hydro store. I fried some babies feeding them food at the same stage you're in for this pic. I suggest 25% of the recommended dosage stations at 5 set of true leaves and straight water until then. Those yellow leaves pale in comparison to fertilizer toxicity when u think your babies won't recover. Good luckI fed my plant on Wednesday the newer leaves are developing yellow tips ? Do you think it’s light stress ? Magnesium deficiency? Copper deficiency? Tell me what you think?(I am a new grower keep that in mind)
You could, but I wouldn't unless you really know what you're doing. In aquaponics there are multiple chambers between the fish and the plants, first to remove the solids, and next a chamber where the bacteria does the job of converting ammonia into nitrates usable by the plants.I do have an actual fish in it lol can I use that water if I wanted or I shouldn’t ?
so if I use that I don’t have to use another fertilizer on top of that ? I heard a lot of good things about this product !
This is all true .. unfortunately lol but okay thanksYou could, but I wouldn't unless you really know what you're doing. Just stick with the KISS method, and don't over complicate things for your first run. The worst thing new growers do is hyper-manage their plants to death.
the bigger pot the better. This is all true .. unfortunately lol but okay thanks
Should I size up a pot when i repot or leave it in the pot it’s in now ?
We’ll not too big or you risk over watering ? No?the bigger pot the better.
no. not as long as the pots have good drainage. Have you considered fabric pots? Smart pots? thats what we use, they give good aeration to the root system and drain well. We’ll not too big or you risk over watering ? No?
move used fabric pot before & they are not bad I could get come I was told I should go by gallon I should go by inches of the pot.no as long as the pots have good drainage. Have you considered fabric pots? Smart pots? thats what we use, they give good aeration to the root system and drain well.
