Hey RIU,
So im more than halfway into flowering, and then my freaking 600w lighting with its shitty ballast starts playing games, not working anymore. The light have been a pest since day one, and such waste of money. Three days have gone, and i couldnt get that piece of junk to work, meanwhile my plants have gotten their light-source by the sun, standing near the window. I'm guessing the sun light aint an optimal long-termed light source, when the plants are used to a 600w light? Am i right?
So what i need now is a new source of lightning. Any of you guys that have a cheap, affordable but yet !HANDY! (no more ballast/self mounted cables EVER) idea for an alternative? For what i know of, you'll get a pretty crappy yield if you use normal household lamps as your lighting source, so i guess that ones of the hook.
I dont want to get an all fancy expensive light, even though it might be worth it. As i said im more than halfway through flowering, making me only have around three weeks left till' i can start drying them, so what im looking for is just an acceptable & handy light source, to get me through these last couple of week, because after that i'll take a break from growing for a while.
Take note, that i live in Europe, so dont link me products unless the website ships internationally.
I've myself taken a look at this;
http://www.amazon.co.uk/Grow-Panel-Hydroponic-Light-Board/dp/B004PA08BC/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1395155542&sr=8-1&keywords=led+grow+light
Its very handy, kinda cheap and is low on electricity-usage, but is it good enough for 120x120x200 grow tent where i usually grow around 10 plants?
Thank you in advance!
