Remember the cooltube is 6" and your fan and filter are 4". So you will need to buy reducers. The good thing is that running 6" ventilation tubing will quiet the air noise. You'll have to make a run to home depot for reducers.

Or get a 6 in fan and a dimmer. Will be much quieter and give you better airflow control.

You will also need:
PH meter + a way to adjust water pH
Jewlers loupe or 45x+ magnification
Patients ;), the hardest thing to find

Yeah I agree, the 6" fan is an option. I am just leary of using dimmers because they tend to shorten the life of the fan because the fan is constantly being turned off and on over the course of a few seconds. Then again, many people use them without a problem.

Nice...I have the same TDS pen but I bought a bluelab ph pen and it's worth every penny. Did you say what medium you are growing in?

Huh Ironically I have the same hygrometer/thermometer you have. From growing P.Cubensis, that magnet on the back is a life saver. Anyway I'm going to use soil to start with and hopefully one day work up to some hydro/aeroponic setup maybe (I heard good things about deep water culture). I just chose soil because of its ease and forgiving nature of noobs like me :dunce:.
Using Fox Farms Ocean Forest because its a nice organic soil, only thing im going to add to that I guess is some leftover perlite I have. Also got nutes pack for it.

Yeah man, the set-up you are going to buy will keep you happy for a long time and will be great if you decide to expand. You are starting the right way and it will make your grow much easier.
