Recommended space and lighting for a ~2.5 oz plant?

I’m looking to build a stealth grow box and just curious roughly what size space I would need to pull around 2.5 oz per plant. Also any lighting recommendation for such a space would also be appreciated. Thanks guys, Happy Thanksgiving!

I had a mars reflector 48 (100 watt blurple light) in a 28 x 18 x 30 inch grow box and got 2 1/2 oz from 2 autos but the height thing was a pita.

You can get 2 x 2 x 3 foot and up grow tents which makes things a lot easier. And a samsung board turned down should do it. (QB135) or 100 watts of vero or a blurple of some size.
