Yes, if you reveg it (switch lighting schedule, and wait a while for it to start growing again.)

There is another method for getting a secondary harvest, but I don't feel qualified to explain it, since I don't quite get it myself.

if you reveg a plant it sometimes stresses the plant causing herm to happen. i do a double harvest. i grow 9 11 and 12 week plants when i harv the 9 weekers i only cut the tops and let the popcorn go for the rest of the cycle and let the popcorn on the 11 weeker go for the last week ofthe 12 weeker. the little buds will not grow but will dense up and swell
