red light out of cfl's

Go to Lowes (if in the US) and grab some of those red flags they have at the lumber exit for tying on your car...cover the bottom of your grow box with them..I'm trying this for the first time...apparently tomato growers swear by using red plastic mulch to reflect more of the red spectrum onto their plants (increases yield apparently)

hmm,the red spec for veg right?how does it seem to be working,is it?

I think it more for flowering...I've just started using it on my dutch method indoor/cfl grow so its too early to tell

oh ok,yeah i just read that dutch thread,like i put on there im gonna try this for 1st time,and your doing this with cfl's from start to finish?

yeah...all CFLs...I have 5- 23 watters in an area of 32 tall,18dx32wI may add a few flouro tubes towards the end of flowering

Mr I Can Do That For Half
ok blue white is for veg and red is for flower. You have 2700k and 6500k spectrums each is a different colr light

Here'a pic of my setup with the red mulch...after it gets going it should give me a good sized bud per week....More than enough

was moving lights all time to get all sides now bought a 400 hp and mh what a diff in light:-o look at pic 8 weeks 6 wekks 24/24 2 weeks 18/6
