When growing with CFL's (they can produce good yields) even with 2400K the bulbs "lack" in the red light spectrum which help plant develop buds - Question: is there a bulb on can purchase that emits just "red" light spectrum?

So temps should not be above 80 degree's ?
it has to do with the cooling capability of the light ambient temps are important too but the fixture that houses the reds should stay as close to ambient to make it work while. Rather then finding a reliable fixture look into slapping a cob unit together like a 3000k Vero with some cheap pieces off eBay you'd bee very pleased i think
