Red stems deficiency or genetics?

Just wondering what u guys think they look healthy to me last watering was 730 ppm of just base cns17 grow looking to flip to 12/12 in 3 or 4 days

My plants used to and still do this a tad during winter when its colder.. used to get round 15 Celsius and they would slowly turn purple.
 
mine always do that. but I grow in a controlled temp environment. 75* lights on and 73* lights off year round.
