regarding Co2 generator

I didn't mean to hijack the thread. Here's why we need 5 tons of AC

Totally sealed room. No exhaust fan...no intake air.
5 non-air cooled 1000 watt lights (generate 15,000 btu's)
15 air cooled 1000 watt lights (not sure of btu's added, but they do add heat)
Grow is in Southern California (we have some 100 degree days)
Air conditioner and install was expensive (didn't want to do it twice)
We have room to add 10 more lights and want expandability.

I estimate we currently use between 70% and 80% of our cooling capacity. The large units are also very efficient. We are in an industrial park and cannot afford an odor problem. The sealed room also makes it very easy to keep the CO2 exactly 1200ppm all day long.

Again, sorry for the thread hijack. I do like the looks of those water cooled CO2 generators. Does anyone know how big of a water chiller would be needed to keep it cool?

I would reccomend a CAP or Titan co2 burner. They come in a range of sizes and offer hook ups for propane and natural gas. Spring the extra money and get the electronic ignitor so you don't have a pilot light running constantly. Even with the elec ignitor the burner will raise the temp a few degrees depending on your conditions. The water cooled ones have alot of problems but are nice once they are actually dialed in. Hydro Innovations offers great tech support and will help you size your generator/chiller properly.
