Hello there RIU community

Been a lurker for years, love this forum, loaded with great information, amazing pictures of community grows. I have been a collector of certain genetics that I would one day like to grow out but I have come to the realization that I might not actually be able to accomplish that mission any time soon. I live in the East Coast USA and I don't see anything here heading towards legalization anytime soon specifically in my state. I need some advise as to how to safely discreetly mail beans without using my name and address on the envelope or packaging. Thinking about selling of extra packs that I have held which will probably better other more then me. What I noticed when I would receive my beans in the mail from my purchases, people would use the sending address as their local post office, or others would actually use there own address (or at least I think it was their address and name, could'a been someone that they hate lol). Regardless I just need some tips or advise if as to how to potentially mail something using an address that doesn't link you as the sender. Please not this is just for beans. All opinions or experience that you have heard from others are welcome. looking forward to hearing from the community.

On a side note, I do apologize that i may have posted in the wrong section, or if the topic doesn't relate to the section, I can re-post this in the proper location if directed towards the right category. Please don't keyboard murder me for my newbie-ness.

Just order them in the states they don't go through customs or anything so you're good.

Chicago CID of the USPS has two packages I sent inside Alaska to another adult.

“We have shit belonging to you that’s illegal shit. If you want to claim it . . ..”

Thank you sir for the reply, but i dont think you answered my question, the question was regarding sending beans from the usa to other folks within the usa. I have plenty of beans that I ordered and need to get rid of some because they are no good to me laying in the Fridge, others could find better use for them then me.

Seeds? No problem. Weed or extracts? Huge problem. Just use a fake return address. And name too eh?
Beans only, and what would be considered a fake return address? why not use a real address like the local post office. Also when regarding return address names Do they somehow verify if the name is associated with the address, or can you get away with not even using a name. Reason as to why im being so OCD about it is that i dont want the package to get haulted due to discrepancies with the address. I'm not exactly too sure if postal service or if ups or fedex verify the return address/name or not. For example iv ordered beans and when receiving the package it would state the name as The Shipping Department or The Shipping Management, something simple like that. I'm not to worried about the end point destination address. If the person provides the wrong address when I'm shipping to them that's on them. I try to be as truthful and honest as possible and don't want to be blamed for other peoples mistakes, if i make a mistake i will take full accountability for it.

Looking foward to hearing more feedback from others. but thanks for the replies so far.

My post office address is the last address I’d use. Seeds are hard to be charged for because they are negative for THC. But they seize them anyway.

Three times I had shipments seized or stalled at O’Hare. All three times I filed a complaint online. All three times I received them. It’s a matter of luck sometimes.

Learned from the old Silk Road forums that fake shipping info is fine, but always use your real name when receiving because it can tip off your mailman. Also overnight everything if possible.
Thanks for the response.

But yeah, seeds are fine.

I remember reading on the original Silk Road forums that you should always use your real name when receiving packages because a fake name can tip off your mailperson.
The fake return is the only thing I do. You can always say you have no idea who the sender is if something does come up.

They changed the laws in 2017 I think, and it's completely legal within the US now.

Just send them I wouldn’t worry about the return address. My wife works for the post office never had an issue. If your sending stuff with in the United States youre good now worries.

Seeds are a marijuana product and any marijuana products are illegal at the federal level. The good news is that it is highly unlikely you will get in trouble, even if you get caught buying seeds online and having them shipped from another states.”

Be discrete. They’re not legal. Should be but aren’t.

I never use a return address for ebay packages. You can just omit your name and address entirely. As long as they have a destination usps will send it. Only difference is if it cannot be delivered for some reason they just bin it instead of trying to send it back to you

I'm not sure where you pulled that from, but this is from Cannarado's page:
