Halogen lights use tungsten heated to 3000 degrees Kelvin. They are a black body radiator that the CRI colour rendering index is based upon.

A halogen would probably be the absolute best light possible for growing. Huge amounts of red and deep red for flowering. Bit low on blue but add some in with 6500K CFL and you'd be good to go.

Oh wait.. I forgot... Too bad they're only 4% efficient at creating light from electricity, so the other 96% turns into heat blasted at your plants which makes them useless.... Too bad though. If you could somehow have a huge amount of cooled halogen lighting spaced high enough with some IR blocking glass.. You'd probably have the best grow lighting possible, but the electrical use would be insane. HPS makes almost 10X as much light for same amount of electrical input, spectrum not as good as halogen though.

Plants look Healthy. Little bit stretchy from lack of light, but you use what ya got!

You're gonna have to do some canopy control, a screen or tie them down somehow with a trellis, already nearly touching the light and you've still got a couple more weeks of stretch.

If you can, get some of the 42W CFLs to replace the ones you have, they throw a lot more light. For flower, go mostly "warm white" with a couple "daylight" versions. Warm white mimic 3000K incandescent halogen and have more red for flowering. 6500K "daylight" have a lot more blue, good for vegging and for resin production (so you wanna keep some around for flowering too).
