ouch! Thanks guys for the suggestions! I went with a device called Marcell Pro which has been working well. Basically it has power, temp, humidity monitoring that is cellular / cloud based. Its 15 a month so not bad for "unlimited data". No CO2 sensor which sucks but really just need it for if the power goes off or HVAC fails overnight. Thanks again for the support!
