Remove Larf Sites or Leave Them on Autos?

Got a Mexican Airlines Auto in Hydro in about week 4 of flower. She’s looking amazing and buds are stacked from the top all the way to the bottom of the plant and so there are quite a bit of larfy branches down near the bottom.

On my last autos, I removed all of these sites and while the harvest was amazing, she hermied pretty bad in the last couple of weeks. Was it all the pruning? Probably yes. Could’ve just been her normal last ditch effort to survive or a combination of the two.

So, the question is…. Would removing a lot of these sites and branches just be more stress than anything else or does the benefit of removing outweigh the stress it will cause her? Remove some? Remove all? Or leave it be?

I’ll end up with great buds either way, just want a little advice.

Thanks a million for the help!! :)

Doubt only issue that would cause that. I have remove mine with no issues. I just lollipop mine the most of the time but I don’t mind the lower larf on the smaller branches above where I lollipop because I use it to make kief hash coins with all the trimmings

I lollipop at the end of stretch. This is a Mephisto Alien Vs Triangle at 7 weeks. I take a tape measure to it each morning during stretch. A good auto in a 5 gallon fabric pot will stretch at least 1" per day. I increase the N slightly during this phase. As soon as I see she has stopped growing vertically, I get rid of all the lower stuff. This one stopped at 38".
