Removing/Cutting reflector help heat ??

I have small heat issues if I remove the reflector or cut the one side so heat can escape would it lower my temp ??? IF i remove is there any negative effects ??

Blow with bigger fan.

4-5 yrs ago I had a Batwing like tht and installed a little fart fan to vent out the top.
If you cut it your gonna lose the reflection.
Also id blow tht fan across it tht will help some,But you need space for the heat to rise.
