We will have Medical Grade Caregiver Units that are 20'x30' available soon all across the state of Michigan.
Lights, co2, ventilation, and YES, all utilities , even ELECTRICITY are included.
These units are designed with a veg room, a flower room, a dry room, and a trimming/storage area with utility sink and stainless steel counters. They are equipped with digital meters for air temp, humidity, co2 level, etc. and video surveillance that is all accessible via the web or smart phone app.
All units are indoor and have state of the art high security access.
Each unit has fingerprint access door locks, video surveillance, and 4 lock boxes for up to 4 patients per unit to obtain their medication.
There will be a testing facility on site and all tenants will be required to test all plants.
All plants grown in the facility must be produced from seeds from the in-house supply store or from clones produced from within the facility.
There will be a trimming room with professional automatic trimmers available for tenant use.
There will be a members only lounge for social networking with other growers.
There will be an on site grower supply store for members only, all supplies must come from this source only, the prices are wholesale and this way we can control the contaminants entering the facility.
All of this will be secured by a state of the art 24 hour professional security team.
20'x30' Caregiver Unit cost = 1000.00 per month
10'x10' Patient Unit cost = 420.00 per month

I was thinking more like $10,000 for a 5 month run. Much larger space though, 60 X 30, AC CO2 lights, maybe even 72 3 cubic foot 707 soil bags.

Any thoughts? The wife thinks Im nuts.
Do you guys REALLY need to be pumping so much CO2 around? I mean seriously when people talk about Green house Gas f@ckin up the planet...they are literally talking about CO2. Now we have droves of half baked assholes spraying that shit whilly nilly over plants, just so people can get high. GREAT USE.

The idea itself for rental areas is brilliant...don't listen to the haters...the person who pulls this off will be rich...very rich. Just please lay off the CO2 guys...it doesn't make the plants that much better.
 
you would go broke @ 299 that wouldn't cover the electricity...a 10x10 uses 4 -1000 .....To run a warehouse of grow rooms... you would need at least a 10,000 amp service and everyone running on 220 then add 3-4 ...10 ton AC units your gunna need to run 24/7 they use 410 amps each @120,000 btu
i would think that the high overhead cost would not make this financially viable on a large scale. also a very high initial overhead investment... climate control, lights and lamps, air filtration (what do you do when 20 yr old college dude trying to finance next semester by growing 3 bagseeds in 5 gal bucket gets some males and pollinates the entire building and your other tenants are fucking furious and demand restitution??) security, taxes, licenses, zoning variances, building inspections, insurance, security, credit/collections/accounts payable and recievable... theres quite a long list of shit that needs to be paid upfront... never mind the bankroll you will need to keep the operation running untill (hopoefully) youi gain enough clientele to make it wirth your time and money.....

im not saying its a bad idea, its not at all! id pay it if i knew the deal was straight up. but im just saying it will take alot to get it off the ground. and security will become a major major issue. once word gets out you have a building full of ganja, the goons are gonna come gunning for it. its just a matter of time, and the longer the time goes by the bigger the goons will be when they show up.......

People freak out about security on weed. If you were a criminal...would you break into a Weed store, or the Diamond store down the street? Or the Gun store? Or the bank?

My friend up here in Washington already had his mmj store broke into 3 times...first 2 times they got away with about $600 worth of weed but did over $2000 in damages.

Last time they broke in was the last time cause they got caught...sad part is the marijuaja they stole is now in evidence...there have been numerous cases of mmj stores getting robbed

In Denver we grow in a warehouse section of town with about 10 other growers in surrounding units....Crazy mofos are using cutting torches to cut our steel doors locks out or cut threw our steel roofs....they were caught in the act, after gaining entrance to 2 units


So to answer your question they seem to think marijuana stores or grow facilities are easier targets......its young dumb kids, teens and early 20s, doin stupid shit

I think what they don't realize is that the plants are only useful if stolen near their peak. The equipment could be worth a lot though. Hopefully once it becomes legal would-be-thieves just grow their own.
