That's what it cost where I live. $400 oz. prices are outrages here it's good smoke but still it's just a plant.

what's the point of splitting up the grow. if one goes down you're going down for both of them regardless. the apartments would be in your name and like mentioned earlier, anyone that you have babysitting your plants would gladly drop the dime on you to lower their sentence. just get a house, it's safer, it's easier and it's more private. You'll have less to worry about overall. and just remember if one apt gets busted, you're still going down for both to think that you wouldn't is just fantasy.

This is ridiculous, listen to Nice Old Bud, you can grow so much in 1 bedroom with 2 huge tents. I don't see why a 23 year old would rent out another location and deal with another person being in on it besides someday someone will come in that house.

thatt is am insane amount to get from a 4x4 tent with 100 watts. did you mean 1000?


OP if you get busted and they see that you have two places under your name they will probably hit both. and if you are selling them 400 an o you better have a constant buyer for that price. that is real expensive

just rent a bigger place.. and upgrade ur shit.. to make more money.. no need for 2 rents 2 electic bills.. and another so called FRIEND... knowing about it i say upgrade ur shit by urself.. and believe it or not. u could harvest 2 lbs with those 2 lights.. every 2-3 months.. meannig 5-8 grand every 2-3 months.. say 32 grand year ... with 4 grows.. and 8 gs per grow.. id say ur math is off. buttttt it can be done.. just if anything bro. upgrade and do it urself and make more money..

do not partner.. speaking from expereince i am trying to find a way out of my partnership cause my cousin is a greedy fuck and doesnt get that if u dont work u dont get bud for free!

yeah, i mean, unless i missed something... how do you figure you'll ONLY get 7800 a YEAR? with 12 plants and doing dro i would expect you to crop every month assuming you go perpetual... that would mean, and i'm gonna low ball the numbers, that assume you crop 4 plants a month, for 6 months.. under a 600w (assuming the other 600 is for veg) you could get 8oz a month (@ 2oz/plant, again, low-balled) meaning that even if you give your friend an oz a month for free you can sell the other 7 for 350/oz (just to undercut competition) and make over 2000/month... 2000x6= $12,000

keep in mind those are conservative numbers. if you grew for 8 months instead of 6 as i figured above, that is already another $4,000 in ur pocket. i just don't get how you are arriving at 7800 for the year?
