It's legal and he has his card, god forbid he try to keep himself out of
jail by making sure what he's doing wont land him there. Less aggressive

to help out the community. If you don't care for what he's asking simply
don't respond it's really that simple.
Maybe it's more than getting arrested, maybe it's just piece of mind knowing
that his landlord wont kick him to the curb and cut down his grow he's been
working hard on.

I am not some MMJ pussy, I have been doing this for years before it was legal anyway. I simply wanted to know WITH THAT CLAUSE, if there were grounds for eviction. Is that the mother my clones came off? Sorry for being out of touch since I bought them but one didn't make it and the other is a beast. She's 1 week into flower in a scrog, hoping for at least a 1/2lb from her. I'm going to get a journal up as soon as the screens fill up completely and the buds start forming.

i'm in the same situation, just moved in, medical card, caregiver. they said they were gonna check in 2wice in a year with a notice in the mail. i'm setting up a tent next week. how much do they really look around? even if i wasnt growing i dont want somebody lookin thru all my rooms! im making sure not to make any alterations to the house. i think ill try doing the "looking to rent" call.

YAY! How wonderful to catch up. Yep that is the mother, and she has finally entered her final stage, right at the same time as her baby. We will have to keep eachother updated and compare final products
