Domes are for clones. They work great for germinating seeds but after they break the surface it needs to be removed. If you aren't careful you can suffocate tiny seedlings. If it works for you great. It's not a safe practice though. In this case I don't think a dome is going to help the problem.

i agree using a dome at this point is dangerous they r for seeds and clones transplant to bigger pots with good drainage go with fox farms ocean forest if you can works great dont give any nutes yet it needs to get older first if you use the fox farms you wont need nutes for 3-4 wks
