Just moved from outdoor to indoor and it was on short notice so i haven't bought anything as of yet. So is there anything i can make a homeade pully for my 2 clamp light reflectors. I cant seem to get them right a 2'' above the plant. Anything cheap. thanks for the advice.

Why don't you use thin chains and screw hooks? If moving from one link to another is too much distance, just tighten or loosen the screw hook to get the precise distance.

I made a simple pulley set up from a clothes line reel, air craft cable and pulleys.

Always stays level, doesnt jostle the $$ light and is easy to make and operate.
