This petition is for the repeal of the 25 mile rule sanctioned in the MMJ program of AZ. This rule prevents any patients from cultivating for personal use if they live with 25 miles of an operating dispensary. This will cause patients, caregivers, and clubs across the valley to halt their crops when the first dispensary opens. Many of the clubs open now will be forced to close unless they are awarded 1 of 124 dispensary licenses. Mind you we will have 124 dispensaries for an upward of 18,000 patients and growing daily! Help protect our rights as patients, caregivers,and overall citizens of the United States! Please sign this petition!
