I don't have time to build anything so a ready made unit is my only option. I'm considering 2 of these with 3500k chips for $654.96 with shipping included. The price seems to change depending on which listing I see, but that's the price the supplier guaranteed. I already own 1 with a mixture of 3000k and 5000k chips and it's a quality unit, but I also hear great things about Meijiu.
This Meijiu is looking pretty sexy:

No price listed. I'm waiting for the sales rep to get back to me on the cost for 2 with shipping. I'm sure it'll be more than the lights above, but they look like they'll spread the light much better over the canopy.
I gotta unload these power sucking heat dispensing 1000w lamps. I won't have to install a mini split AC if I get rid of the HID, and that excites me very much. Spending $700 on 2 new LED lights actually saves me another $800 because I budgeted $1500 for the mini split that I won't need after the light upgrade. Not to mention the $150-$200 per month in electric savings that essentially pays for the lights within 3-4 months. I'm pretty stoked especially as we're moving into another warm summer season. The pressure is on
