Repotting autoflower

Repotting autoflower in early flowering, will this cause a drastic shock? For how long will they be stunted? Or shall i avoid it, pots are just one liter bottles -.-
it's dwc also planning on upgrading to bigger pump while replanting.

If you're going from a small volume of water to a bigger tub of water, no problem. Just never transplant in soil during flower
