Required things for growing. Am I forgetting something?

So. I'm gathering my list of necessary equipment for my first grow and I'm curious if there is anything I forgot or should add to my list. I guess I should also add that I live in a country where many of the necessary things are unavailable unless you order online. And that I am growing on a budget and simply for a personal stash so I am not expecting high yields (hence the pc grow box and cfls)

Pc grow box
Cfl lights
Fixtures
Pc fans, 2 exhaust 1 intake
Carbon filter (will buy in future, when near flowering)
Reflective material (haven't purchased yet, looking for cheap panda film online)
Soil + nutes
Thermometer
Humidity meter
Light timer
Ph test (litmus paper)
Fem ak-48 seeds from nirvana
Nirvana's germ kit

I'm considering doing a scrog (I would have to get some sort of net) or an lst. Well see...

I feel like i have everything I need, but at the same time I am the kind that would forget something -.-"

You don't need the germ kit. Unless it is a freebie, don't buy it. It is simply 10 peat pellets and 10 nutrient tabs for nearly $10. You can get your ScrOG net at Lowe's out in the garden center. Look for the 2' roll of plastic fencing with 2" by 2" squares. A pic is below..

I think you have everything else....

Don't have lowes up here in the north pole . Kind of late on the germ kit unfortunately as i already , but I feel like it would improve my germ rates, plus less handling when transplanting to a pot. Regarding the scrog net, if I can't find something around or for cheap on amazon im thinking just make my own net or do an LST.

Sun glasses. Everyone spends hours staring at their first grow XD. My first grow was a pc case scrog, the yields were poor as hell but that was down to some terrible genetics. If you want a carbon filter check out Zens pc fan carbon filter under the DIY section.

When able to I would get a cheap hanna ph and tds meter, i think it was ~50USD for both, they help SOOO much. I used litmus paper at the beginning as well and it does it's job.

I agree with the sunglasses part. Shears./pruners are useful. keep everything very clean.

so funny you said that! I was just staring at my plant and when I walked away my vision was all messed up -.-"

First pc case grow was right next to my sofa. Literally spend hours watching the plants, if I'd started with hps I'd be blind XD

It's amazing. Stare at it long enough and you can actually see it grow . Nothing beats watching grass grow... Well except for watching paint dry

bring a towel or some kleenex too. when you get it right, and you can literally see your plants growing with your naked eyes, you are going to bust a nut.

Anyone done any research into the nutrient benefit of man love? XD
