Accessing the darknet is as easy as pie just install a tor browser from here https://www.torproject.org. yeah they are serious and no you aint gonna get busted making a few small time deals on the darknet.
tor and agora = any drug you want.....
much more chance of being ripped off than busted as newb to agora and not knowing what vendors are legit or not and also having to FE because you have no buyer stats.

you can use tor on mobile phones so i should think a chromebook would be fine, just have a look theres nothing illegal about downloading tor and looking, theres also nothing illegal about buying bitcoins.
its really not so scarey but of course i do understand peoples fears.

If your concerned about anonymity you can always use a Vpn And a proxy but I have been using the darknet for years now with no problems LE is not interested in you they try and go after vendors and the people that run the site but with no success there not going to waste thousands of dollars in resources to bust people buying small amounts of drugs for personal use.

I'm having a really hard time getting into tor(orbot). Not very tech say here for a millenial but I think there may be a software issue with my samsung. Anyway I opted to order online rc's from smokey's. Mixed reviews on some of the products but I'll give and up date and maybe start a thread here when my products cross the pond
