to say the leastthey are quite stretchy
Whooo, this thread moves fast, this was already back a full page from less then 24hrs ago! I am have been using FF Happy Frog organic soil mixed with Michigan wonder worm earthworm castings, perilite or vermiculite, and peat moss. This is my veg mix. About a week or two before flowering i usually transplant, same mix but i have but a little more peat moss a little less FF Happy frog. In the future i have some FF Bat Guano i bought, that i will mix in for flowering. On the chart it says to use 2 teaspoons per gallon with the flowering nutes and it says to do that for 2 weeks. I've only done it for a week or sometimes less but It seems to be keeping them pretty green throughout flowering. Are you using FFOF soil too?

I have a couple of small bags of FFOF right now, but have never used them yet. Only Happy Frog. Found a real local place that carried both, but only the smaller bags. Since price was the same and FFOF is usually more then the Happy Frog i bought mostly OF.
Same smelly so far with FFOF no problems.. I heard it can be troublesome if you use full strength FFOF with a seed.. But I used an organic soil to start my seed..Sounds like a solid mix!
I thought about trying the happy frog a few times! I'm sure its good stuff. I really have no complaints about FFOF, if I stick with soil I probably wont change a thing.

DWC seems very effective if its done right, I really want to give it a try!I like soil, but I am going back to what I really like after this...DWC. I made my own soil this time around and my plants look great, but I like the growth of DWC plants. Soil is great though, especially when you go organic.
Thanks Yarndi! Its starting to get interestingHi guys,
Regarding the harvesting regime, will you be "drowning" as per Riddleme's technique or will you be flushing daily and leaving the plant in darkness for a few days?
I've read a few threads where the drowning has been used and it appears to be quite an effective method of last minute bulking up, that's if you can find a big enough bucket to drown it in of course.
I also read another thread where the plant was "shocked" with ice-cold water in the dark.
Well done on the grow, I've been following it and am happy for you.
Yarndi.
yea, I'm also interested in this, I tried searchingfor it but couldn't find it.... I didn't realize it was riddleme's gig.... i like to use his "make it rain" technique. Thanks for the tipHi guys,

You absolutely can! Last year I had Danksgiving with my girl. Put cannabutter on/in everything we ate. I'm talking mashed potatoes, crescent rolls, turkey. Then after it all, made a nice cup of cocoa with some butter in it. We passed out soon after dinner.yummy, i wonder if i can make pumpkin pie,,hmmm??

But the bottom-line is: If you canna dream it, you canna do it with cannabutter.
You can even put butter in things that don't need it to be honest. If you make it strong enough (My gal's method: Crock pot, 24 hours, bit of water to create a double-boiler effect, stirring frequently, freeze, heat up and wash again) you can even put a couple tablespoons of butter in coffee or any strong flavored drink to get a lift.Thats awesome, I'm doing it tomorrow! Can't wait!
