UVB Sources:
UVB 10 Reptile Bulbs (T5, T8,T12, CFL)
Arcadia UVB T5 Bulbs
Tanning Bulbs UVB 10 (6ft T12's)
MH, CMH, and some other bulb types put out a very small amount of UVB, but that is usually mostly worthless as the 2+ layers of glass greatly filters it.

Sulfur Sources:
Sulfuric Acid (PH down replacement)
Epsom Salts (magnesium sulfate)
Calcium Sulfate
hey nomo, not sure about you but the cheapest I found was to buy 18" under cabinet fixtures from Wallyworld for about $12 and buy the UVB10.0 from ebay for about $20 each. you think anything is cheaper than that? one factoid i found about the 10.0 bulbs is they are efffective to 22 inches.

Tanning bulbs (sams club online) are cheapest per sqft covered but are 6ft long and will require a DIY fixture. How big a space? Do you have a link to the $12 WM one? One key note is that white does not reflect UVB as UVB, it changes the wavelength or doesn't reflect it at all, so ensure your reflector is aluminum.

This is the reptile bulb I tried on a smaller grow:

didn't know about the white vs aluminum reflector. i'll have to check that out when lights come on this morning. might have to modify a bit.

Oh, a fixture, lol. Don't bother with a little guy like that, just use CFL version if you have a small grow. Medium grow can upgrade to a shop light with T8 version of UVB, medium-large goes to T5 or Tanning.

Here is your CFL fixture: http://www.homedepot.com/p/Leviton-White-Outlet-to-Socket-Light-Plug-R52-00061-00W/100170446
