So this strain currently growing is 24carat by Memphisto genetics.Not known as a huge yielder,but as a nice hashplant.This morning while looking her over before her breakfast I noticed some wetness on the sugar leaves.I run a 24hour light cycle with 24hrs ventilation.Humidity is a constant %40,so I don't normally see condensation.I wiped some off with a finger and found it was oil exuded from the plant with a super dank smell 
....hashplant is right.She is at 49days from seed today,with an expectation to run another 25-30days or so.Still haven't seen my seeds..I need to start germinating soon,so if they don't show this week ill pop something else,I have some stock yet to grow...maybe some whitetrain or supernatural og.But I'm really crossing my fingers for those limited.

So are you and the Apache getting along or are you finding any hiccups? I would think even good and knowledgable growers, (or even the lucky ones
Heya franjan,its going well.Ive had to make some minor adjustments to get temps up,which in my book Is a good place to be.Currently I have it stable at 76f and 40rh 24/7.Im really liking how the apache seems to bring out the best in the plant ,not sure if its the spectrum or the reduced intensity.I think maybe some of both.How the buds fatten up late,well thats yet to be seen,but so far the quality seems much better imo.If yield drops a little with reduced watts,heh I could care less as long as the quality is good.That is and always will be my main concern.

Btw those temps are with no exhaust fans,just a small turbo fan blowing on the plant on low.Very pleased with that.

Currently she is getting 2 liters a day,probably .5liter of that as runoff.
I like the hempy system for its simplicity,but man with perlites fast draining nature I think it would really rock in a drip or E/F system too.

Shes still growing well,had to raise my light a bit,top leaves getting too much intensity.Other than that...chugging along.
My seeds got here,and I got a nice new 18x12x6 in rubbermaid tub im going to convert for hempy,not sure about the volume,should be more than enough.Thought I had more perlite,so now I have to wait a couple days for that.

Some interesting things I found on potassium..
Potassium Uptake by Crops
Time of potassium uptake varies with different plants. However, plants generally absorb the majority of their potassium at an earlier growth stage than they do nitrogen and phosphorus.
Experiments on potassium uptake by corn showed that 70 to 80 percent was absorbed by silking time, and 100 percent was absorbed three to four weeks after silking. Translocation of potassium from the leaves and stems to the grain was much less than for phosphorus and nitrogen. The period during grain formation is apparently not a critical one for supply of potassium.
P/k loading...sigh.

Corn is a totally different plant. Corn nutrition needs are different. Like orcads, they like a high N feed. Around a 20-1-1 ratio.
Cannabis tends to be more like tomatoes and use it not only in early growth but flowering to.
Now that doesn't mean p/k load. A well balanced feed is better. A 5-5-5 or 10-10-10 for synthetics and well organics they will use it when they need it.
The statement I just made is a blanket statement and might not apply to all strains. Some love N and some don't. Sometimes different strains will like feeds so different its like they are different species.

Corn was just one example there was various other crops examined as well...I hear what you are saying and agree, a balanced n-p-k throughout.

So I just got my new rubbermaid tub converted,I poured 1 gallon in the tub.This gave me an inch of water at the bottom,I made my drain hole at that point.Will get my perlite/vermiculite in there and start germinating.16qts of perlite,4qts of vermiculite,im layering not mixing this time.This lets me run 100% perlite at the res point and under,sprinkling vermiculite for every inch of perlite or so.Im thinking this will help me with root branching instead of the roots just running straight to the bottom of the tub.I geuss time will tell.

Incase anyone is interested here is my late flower foliar recipe.
150ppm protekt (potassium/silica)
150ppm epsom salts (magnesium sulfate)
Bioag pure fulvic acid at 3ml/liter.
A couple drops of earthjuice assist as a wetting agent.You want it to foam a little when shaken.Just a little now,lol.
Veg recipe is the same except epsom salt is replaced with either a good kelp blend or cal/mag plus at the same concentrations.I foliar everyday,everyother day is plain water to clean the leaves/stomata to prevent any build up.This regimen really helps keep my leaves from drying out prematurely,With my light cycle.
I dont fear bud rot,I use an atomizer for a fine mist and run 24hour light and ventiliation.Rh doesnt exceed 35-40,and experience only good things from my foliar program.
