Restarting a sad set of strains.

How can I strip a strain of disease and pests.

I've just moved house. And in between I kept my plants in soil. Just surviving, As I was busy. I'm not a experienced soil grower so They ended up with gnats and white flies. Which bought a root issue with it. Also one plant is covered with red mites :( probably the Borg as alot of growers live in the area.
They've all drooped and I can't dry the pots if I try!!
A week of 30c at 50% humidity and they still won't dry.
Guess that's a fungus thing. As I said I'm new to soil issues but they're drooping when watered or "dry" with twisted stunted growth so I know a root issue when I see one haha.
Funnily enough only one is badly infected with mites and it's growing the healthiest lol
So I've taken 20 cuttings across 4 strains, I skipped the one that was infected with mites the worst. As I don't want a mite attractor.
My plan is to allow the clones to root. And trim all they're leaves but the bare minimum. Then give them a Neem oil dunk. The Neem seems to hold back the mites but not control them so I think physically inspecting and washing them thouroughly first will be a necessity. They will be going into hydro to try change the bugs I attract. (Flood and drain/ 2x dwc)
My main concern is I want to finish the first lot that got infected with everything as to not waste my time money and effort. There in the same room but different tents.
It feels stupid but hard to let go.

I'm after people who have been through similar. To steer me in the right direction. Chears
