Restoration?

I already posted this in the "Newbie" section but I figured it was worth a shot here too.

I'm working on my first grow right now. Ive got three plants, two of which are about 1 1/2 feet tall. About 2 weeks ago I got nailed by some fungus gnats because my jacka$$ roommate decided to water them without being asked too and he over watered them. Long story short, after a solid week of fighting off gnats with BTi, fly traps and my fingers of doom, the gnats have been defeated.

However, due to the gnats attacking my plants, there are small yellow spots all over the bigger leaves and a few have some bad leaf curling due to the suffocation of nutrients. The plants are growing again, but my question for you pros: are there any nutrients/chemicals/etc etc that might be able to restore the leaves to their former glory?? (or somewhere near it)

well you can always spray the leaves with like Mg plus and a bloom formula. That should really help a lot. Just don't spray any flowers with it. Also, there is a nutrient called OCEAN MIST and thats very good for a foiler feed. If you eliminated the problem then keep an eye on it and the plant should recover. If the the gnats become a problem again I would say to pull those plants with that are infested to save the rest of the crop. good luck though. P.S. Neem Oil is a good solution for bugs!

For the Mg plus and bloom formula (or OCEAN MIST), what/where exactly should i be looking for to purchase that? I'd also like to clarify, these products will allow the leafs to recover to somewhat of their normal state??
