The super soil recipe I use is by a breeder called Subcool. He has his own sub forum right here at RIU.

He inspired me to step up my game years and years ago at another forum site.
After checking out his genetics and learning about his methods I gave his SS a try.
He has had the recipe online for free for years.
Let me tell you the first time I used it the results blew me away.
I mixed up a 1/2 batch let it sit a week or so, then went back to check it for a soil web.
(The soil web looks like spider webs all over the top of the soil and is made up of beneficial bacteria.)
Much to my delight my soil was ALIVE.
Thats what it is after all its living soil just like nature.
Waited the rest of the 60 days for it to "cook", now its not actually cooking but breaking down all the ingredients into a form that is usable by the plant.
I then filled about 30% of the pots with it, took my 1month veg-d plants stuck them in.
Then I filled the rest of the pot with plain roots soil.
Veg-d for another week and a half and off to flower they went.
While in flower nothing was added but water.
And 65days later I was amazed, I had a unbelievable crop of the best looking bud I had ever grown.
Not only was it better looking it was a better yield then I had ever had.
It didn't stop there though the dry cured bud was some of the best I have ever had.
Way smoother and a much better taste then any method I had tried before.
I have tried Hydro, Aero, DWC....
Sure they worked but I get better results with far less work and money using super soil.
I don't think ill ever change method again.

just got my permit to grow in my state I am a retired soldier I am boston and I am not new to growing plants per say marijuana yes need lots of help here is a list of what I have to work with if you need pictures ask me I have them I have a house mine basement under construction turned into permanent site after all upgrades are done it is being turned into a man cave for me away from the family and friends for me to escape will have a 10x10 grow room built in with 3 different spots for veg clone and seed and flower but for now have to use temporary pot my privet tattoo studio and office in major part of the house closet is 4 foot long by 4 foot wide by11.5 high I need to know some stuff like i bought a roll of Mylar ir reflective material to line closet with I have 2 switchable 400 watt dimmable lamps sunshine soilless mix perlite vermiculite I need to now a good nute regiment for organic growing that is not too expensive im also trying my hand in hydroponics also so that when my room is ready I can go ahead and start with that but any way I need to know is r.o water better or can I use tap can I use carbon socks with my ventilated lights also what are some of the better stains to grow medically in soil indoors and what is a good company to order from I have been told not to buy from my state they sell shit seeds and clones everyone has warned me of that so as you can see I need help I am open to ideas and I am willing to lsten to them just please be willing to have a lot of questions and if you stay for the hole thing I will share the hole grow episode with you from start to finish I will post pictures soon of what I have done so far to the closet let me know what you think oh I will start all seeds under high output t5 lights from an old aquarium I had in a seed starter kit I bought from the hydroponic store here
