reveg, with REGULAR BAGSEEDS

hey, ive seen a huge thread on reveg and how it doesn't compare to just doing the whole darn thing over again. I'm here to ask a question that bagseed users probably wonder often. Why not just reveg instead of going through that germination bagseed b.s again? Took like 12 seeds for me to actually get into the garden + grow. I understand if you have perfect seeds that are feminized and 100% ready for germ but for bagseed users wouldn't it just be easier to just put the stalk but under 6500k lights and call it a day? lol

Maybe for some it is easier but if you are growing perpetually then you can't wait for the plant to reveg before you flower. I'd rather just grow more seedlings or veg clones while my other plants are flowering.

alright, so then for me reveg would be better because i have one closet and 200W of cfls but obviously i would like that light concentrated on my 2 plants plus gonna be hardly any room for those haha. thanks for the answer and yeah i can understand how if you had enough room/light just germing a couple seeds during flower would work better

no, you need to leave more than a stalk. you need to leave some buds and leaves on. revegging takes time to revert and then recover and take off again while new seeds take off right away. i re-veg plants myself and start new ones. your luck with bag seed isnt typical imo. i get alot better rates than 1 in 12, more like 10/12. most growers ive seen have at least 50/50 rates on bagseed. you just got a bunch of shitty beans.

yeah like 6/12 got a tap root but 2 of them never grew any further and two got a root going and never sprouted so yeah just shitty seeds

re vegged plants are incredibley bushy and make great mothers. how deep did you put the seeds that sprouted? how did you germinate them? I dont ever germinate my seeds before i put them in the soil myself. ive seen no benefit to doing so really. how airy is your soil?
