In most cases yield will rise.Yield will only be affected if you don't prune and reset the framework for flower. You get a lot of growth from the sites that reveg....think monstercropped clones.
Once she is in full veg mode(out of reveg funky growth) it's like having a big ass monstercropped clone.Except not,it's the seed mom in my situation.
Vegs is correct,you can reveg as many times as you want.I stop at 2 & take clones before flowering her out a second time.
I'll put up some pics later.My goofy Grape reveg will out yeild the intial seed run of her.

Damn, NOW I get an alert for this thread? Lol. I forgot all about it. I've harvest,dried,cured and damn near smoked all the Goofy Grape reveg. It was the seed mom flowered for a second time. I'll get pics later, I have to transfer them.

Re veg is awesome, mine was like a free SOG, I HAD to put screen and two layers of nets up though to support it all

Yields can be strain dependent. Not all strains liked to be monstercropped/revegged. Yields can increase by 200% due to the insane amount of branching you get.
I know of people who have revegged 3 times but after that it doesnt do too good.
You can also take flowering clones around the 3 week mark of flower and get the same results.
