Rhizotonic feeding schedule.

Jondamon recommends adding Rhizotonic to nutrient solution from starting seed to flowering - 4ml per litre at the beginning and then after few weeks reduce it to 2ml per litre and then at flowering reduce it down to 0,5ml per litre.

DOES THIS APPLY TO SOIL TOO?

I am confused, is it only when growing in coco or should it be done the same with soil too?

Please help.
