RI Card process question?

Nosey Neighbors!! Ugh... Why people can't mind their own business is beyond me. Just live your life and do your own thing don't worry about what other people are doing, as long as no one is getting hurt.

I just started some diesel berry autos and Dutch Passion Skunk #11 seeds in one of those burpee seed starter greenhouse kits. It's my first grow attempt ever but I've been researching the subject for many years. When I heard about the prices at slater and another wait period I decided might as well give it a shot. We live in a kinda rural area with good neighbors mostly so I was planning on starting them inside until they get some size and putting them in pots in my backyard. I am worried about possible smell when flowering though. Is the smell of 3 or 4 plants outdoors extremely strong? I don't need cops coming by because someone saw or smelled them even though I should have a card.

In rhode island you can only grow INDOOR lol... putting them outside is illegal.

as for my situation awhile ago, i left my grow place and they pulled me over an cuffed me. Took my keys and opened my place up while i was cuffed inside car entire time. Never showed me warrant entire time after asking ton of times.

thats the short version of it. But just goes to show they dont give a fuck an just looking to get a cardholder anyway they can cause they are not happy with how the laws are written. Thats what i was told by them after they found out i had a legal card... they want to have list of addresses of cardholders so they can be watched and iinspected to make sure is not doing illegal stuff.

Oh did I say outside .. I mean inside lol
