So I am new at this. About ready to harvest my first ever grow indoors and figured I would try my hand at a couple outdoors. Got some fem Northern Lights and fem Granddaddy Purps from ILGM. They are in ProMix in 30 gallon fabric pots. They were germinated on 4/20/18 and put outside in a hoop house May 1. Moved outside completely on June 1

I’m doing a little topping and lst on the NL. Heavy winds last week broke a branch clean off and damaged another. (Red tape). It’s been growing vigorously. NL really is an easy strain.
The GDP has just been topped a couple of times. I’m going to do a little lst there as well. Just waiting for it to really show some vigor first.
The REAL issue here is that I am 49 and have been a very good friend of marijuana since the early 1980’s and I’m only now just beginning to grow. I am having so much fun! I’m certain to become obsessed with it! Why have I waited so long??

Looks like you are off to a great start and you are in the right place to learn a plethora of knowledge.
I would not be half the grower I am today without forums like this.
Just be warned tho....growing can become obsessive lol

Just germinated my next indoor crop so I know exactly what you mean about obsessed haha and NEXT outdoor season (lol) I’m definitely growing in aged poop!!

Your issue is thinking that the law gives a shit about whats wrong or right. Really, what you're doing wrong is not paying the govt. If uncle sam doesn't get his cut then he will buttfuck you in the buttfuck hole. Police are the biggest gang of them all, nobody who matters gives a fuck about what a bunch of impoverished minorities do to each other.

The state wants your money, that's all it boils down to.

God when will we rise against this govt machine. I'm starting to think the sheep like things this way or are too dumb and brainwashed to see that it can be different.

I would assume that might be part of the problem. Humans will make bad decisions when comes to peer pressure and fitting in. This was a response to A BLM agent shooting shooting a dirt bike rider in the hand. I posted this on another web site..it is WAAAAY off topic:

I skipped i bunch of the banter.

Personally, shooting anyone that doen't have a gun, in equal escalation, is a bit cowardice but, it is the great equalizer, in that; knowing how to use a firearm, a 110 pound teenage girl can defend herself against the biggest of violent assailants, with no issue.

Now this "bad land management officer" obviously didn't pay attention to the; "sizing up the situation course" or "deescalation techniques course." If the agent didn't not have the training, he/she shouldn't be an officer of the law. Period.

What we have in the United states is an epidemic, and it doesn't stop with law enforcement. It's evil is firmly rooted in all of the public and private sector work force.

Remember the last time you heard the words "work place politics." This my peers is the epidemic. Under-accountability, mismanagement, subpar-training, negligence, ignorance, and ultimately under-qualifation are the contributors and main drivers behind behind "work place politics." It works in a circular fashion to provide protection to the offenders and subversion to those who won't play dirty.

"Work place politics" is undermining the very rules and operation procedures that you all signed when you took the job.

I have left multitudes of jobs because of this very reason, many of which where Government jobs, because the rules were not enforced or followed because of "work place politics."

Speak up, get retaliated against and pushed out. Don't speak up, be taken advantage of and blamed when management sets you up for failure.

No thank you.

Our president is right, there is a swamp. My family and I have been effected by it. I am sure yours has too.

Just my opinion. Mind you I have served the public from the DoD all the way down to city jobs. My opinion may be anecdotal at best.

Update on the plants. Seems flowering has just started. Some white hairs on the growth tips. NL is doing good. Going to have issues with height no doubt. Not sure when the stretch will stop lol. She doesn’t ask for anything besides water but every other week I’ve been feeding her General Organics GO box recipe
