I am reading that Tennessee is an up and coming producer of Cannabis!
Still Tennessee feel the long arm of the Mexican Cartels! The Mexican Cartels are the number three drug traffickers in the world and is the reason we need to advance private horticulture so we supply all our States Cannabis needs with Domestic supply. After all if we are legalizing profits then Mexican Cartel profits are legal too.

Scott Banbury says there are two classes of marijuana users in the Memphis market: People with money prefer high-grade marijuana transported from states that have legalized it for medicinal purposes.

Others buy cheaper weed from Mexico. Banbury calls it "blood buds."
"Every time they buy some, they are contributing to a very violent culture that has emerged on the U.S.-Mexico border."
Banbury was one of about 50 people who went to Overton Park on a chilly, overcast Wednesday to celebrate 4/20, an unofficial holiday for smokers of marijuana, by far the most popular illegal drug in the United States.
