Right time of the day?

What is the best time of the day to cut down our plants? Is it better to cut at "the morning" or at "the evening", or during the day..?
For most of the herbs it is widely known that the right time to harvest is right before sunrise, because, they say, that the important compounds in the herb are concentrated in the flowers in the morning. Does this rule apply for our ladies?
Does anyone have observations on the matter?

(I'm sorry if it's discussed before, I couldn't find anything..)

First thing in the morning following 48 hours of darkness. That's the way I've done it and it seems to workout just fine.

That's a long night morning in other words... It makes sense. Seems that most growers do it like that. I've never heard of someone keepeng the lights on for 2-3 day before harvesting..:-P

Always cut before the lights come on(or sun comes up). Some growers like to keep up to 72hrs of dark period for resin production.(Resin is produced during the night cycle).
