are 12 pentron hg 4100k 54w t5 bulbs enough for a 4''x2''x6'' box to grow three plants in a dwc setup

if it isnt the sun i dont know anything about proper lights i just know i have 12 t5 and hope i can make them work

anyone know what the max space for the t5s mentioned that is how big can my room be and still be effective they are 48" lights
