His war on fossil fuels and all the insanity that comes with it for one. Trying to force everyone to buy EV's is very Un-American if you ask me. I would like to make my own choices on what to buy, thank you.

What war on oil? The US is the top crude oil producing country today. Production has only increased during Biden's administration. It declined markedly under Trump after an eight year run of increases under Obama. People who criticize Biden for not doing enough to reduce US carbon emissions might have an argument to make but your claim of Biden fighting a war on oil is ridiculous given the facts.

Regarding EVs. I feel no pressure to buy one coming from Biden or anywhere. I live in Oregon and aside from an argument between Dem and Pugs over establishing carbon credits along with a carbon tax that hasn't made it into law, we aren't doing much to reduce carbon emissions. What state do you live in and what policies are forcing people to buy EVs? Provide substance to that claim. Is there even a tax credit given to buy an EV? Thee was one but I don't think there is one any longer.
So, what's your beef? Where is this angst against Biden regarding oil that makes Trump seem better to you? Trump's record shows a decline in oil production during his term. Production has gone up under Biden. What are you complaining about?

Now that I'm retired and have a known income every month I'm living more comfortably, financial wise, than I have for decades but I didn't have all these aches and pains 30 years ago.
I grew up in a sparsely populated suburb across the Fraser River from Vancouver so it was like a small town in the everyone knows your business kind of way but quick access to the big city. The only city I ever lived in was Calgary from '76 - '82 but I was young and in party mode so it was great. Then back to BC living in a small town for 9 years then on an acreage 6 miles out from that small town. I really have no desire to live in a city and don't really give a flying f**k what the gossips say about me in town. We lived in town the first couple of years but bought an acreage 10 miles out really cheap in '03. Would be nice to have access to things like a pool, medical facilities and a few other things but I still wouldn't want to live in a city.
Now that we've been here over 20 years most of the people think of us a locals. When we first got to town some people would pretend to only speak French because I was looked at suspiciously as 'that guy from Vancouver'. Never did really participate in town activities so would have fit in quicker if we had of. Most of it revolves around the Catholic church so sorry but not my cup of tea.
Still hoping to spend the last few of my golden years back in BC just for the fishing and see family more often but wouldn't be able to buy a property or even afford the rents these days so here is good for now. I like being able to go out in the back yard and target shoot if I feel like it. Even tho I live right on a provincial highway it's legal to shoot as long as you don't shoot across or parallel to the road. Sure wish we had gophers up north here like they do further south but targets or skeet will do.

The right to voice your opinion no matter how far out should be protected but when it comes to informing the public it should be stated that it is opinion and not put forth as fact.
Otherwise we end up with the gong show we have now.

Biden has a better BMI index than Trump,who also fudges his height 6'3 and 225lbs in reality it's 6'1.5 and about 250 lbs.,40 lbs. overweight easily,another coke and 3 Big Macs from a cardiac event, don't see him walking 18 holes.
