I think the same thing. I see them fuckin with super peaceful people who've done everything the can to be legitimate growers by our states standards......yet our national parks are full of illegal grows protected by banned poisons and armed men.


Let's go after the peaceful ones....way easier target.

Most of their revenue comes from low level forfeiture. It's used against the everyday middle class to poor citizen, not drug kingpins.

I think they charge you with failure to provide a sample in that case. Judges look pretty hard on that from what I understand. They might as well be testing you for caffine IMO, both have about the same impact on driving when ingested by themselves (i.e. not with alcohol).
