Rocket Seeds Legit?

Recently purchased from Rocket a pack of Strawberry Cough. One in five seeds actually germinated. The other four are duds. Any recommendations for legit banks?

Man hate to say I don’t have a lot of options from where I am but I only buy from rocket seeds because how quick I got it. I like their selection on autos and have 100% germination rate from the seeds I have gotten from them. Don’t think it is ever the growers germinating faults when it comes to buying from seed banks
